As the creative force behind Pigweed Press, Barbara brings her experience
as an educator, writer, and health consultant to entertaining and
educating children.
Barbara is an award winning artist and designer. She has worked as
an elementary school educator specializing in teaching and developing
curriculum for programs that teach higher level thinking skills. She
writes for health publications on the topics of healthy home design
with the goal of bringing consumers important information on complex
health topics in easy and understandable formats. She offers consulting
services to consumers and organizations on the topics of healthy interior
design, MCS accessible design, and indoor air quality.
